Do not email sensitive room photos, identification documents, home addresses, financial information, or medical records.
Report a bug
A clear report makes a problem easier to reproduce. Include:
- your device model;
- your operating system version;
- your TidyNext app version;
- what you were doing;
- what happened;
- what you expected; and
- whether the problem can be repeated.
If a screenshot is genuinely necessary, crop or cover personal and sensitive information first.
Privacy and deletion requests
Email tidynext@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. Describe the request without attaching sensitive photos or documents. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to understand or verify the request.
Deleting photos from your device
Deleting a room from My Plans removes that room’s archived photos, AI visual goal, plan, progress, and related metadata from TidyNext’s local storage on that device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage may also remove local data, depending on your device and backup settings.
Deleting remotely retained data
Removing a local plan does not necessarily delete information already processed by Cloudflare or OpenAI. Because TidyNext has no user accounts and AI requests are not linked to an in-app identity, a specific remote request may not be identifiable. Email us with the approximate request date, time, and time zone, and we will assess what can reasonably be located and deleted.
Frequently asked questions
Does TidyNext diagnose or treat ADHD?
No. TidyNext is an organizational assistance tool. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, healthcare service, therapy service, or treatment for ADHD or any other condition.
Why does TidyNext need a photo?
A room photo gives the AI visible context so it can suggest steps related to your space. Read How your photos are used before submitting an image.
Can the AI make mistakes?
Yes. AI may overlook hazards, misidentify objects, or suggest an unsuitable action. Use your own judgment and seek qualified help for hazardous, medical, emergency, structural, electrical, chemical, or professional cleaning decisions.
Are AI visual goals exact previews?
No. They are illustrations and may add, remove, move, or change objects. Actual results may differ.
Can I use TidyNext without uploading sensitive details?
Review the whole image before upload. Change the angle or obscure faces, addresses, documents, screens, security details, valuables, and other sensitive information.
