1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and the person or entity identified as TidyNext’s seller on the applicable app marketplace (the “Developer”). “TidyNext,” “we,” and “our” refer to the app and the Developer. By downloading, accessing, or using TidyNext, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
TidyNext is a general-audience organizational tool and is not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to use TidyNext. If you are 13 or older but under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use TidyNext only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms. If you use TidyNext for someone else or on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
3. Description of the service
TidyNext lets you submit a room photo for AI analysis. It may produce small cleaning or organizing steps, an illustrative visual goal, and tools for tracking progress. Features may change over time.
TidyNext is an organizational assistance tool. It is not a medical device, healthcare service, diagnostic tool, therapy service, or treatment for ADHD or any other condition.
4. User-provided photos and content
You keep any rights you have in photos and other content you provide. You grant the Developer and its service providers a limited permission to host, transmit, reproduce, analyze, and otherwise process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the features you request, in line with the applicable Privacy Policy and provider terms. This permission does not authorize TidyNext to use your content for advertising or model training.
You are responsible for the content you submit and for removing sensitive information before upload.
5. Permission required to upload content
You may upload only content that you own or have permission to use. If a photo includes another person, their property, or their information, you are responsible for obtaining any permission required. Avoid uploading images that show faces, children, documents, addresses, medical information, security systems, or other sensitive details.
6. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use TidyNext to:
- break the law or violate another person’s rights;
- upload content you do not have permission to use;
- submit illegal, abusive, exploitative, or sexually explicit content;
- upload malware or interfere with the app, its networks, or other users;
- probe, bypass, or defeat security or usage controls;
- reverse engineer the service except where the law clearly permits it; or
- use AI results to make hazardous or high-stakes decisions.
7. AI-generated results
Plans and images are generated automatically from the information provided. AI can misunderstand a photo, overlook hazards, identify objects incorrectly, or suggest actions that are incomplete, unsuitable, or unsafe. Similar submissions may produce different results.
No guarantee of accuracy
TidyNext does not guarantee that any plan, label, priority, estimate, or result is accurate, complete, safe, or appropriate for your circumstances. Review each suggestion before acting.
AI visual goal limitations
AI visual goals are illustrative, not promises or exact previews. They may add, remove, move, resize, or change objects and may differ materially from your room or achievable results.
8. Safety responsibilities
You are responsible for your surroundings, actions, and safety. Stop if a task appears unsafe, beyond your ability, or likely to damage property. Keep children and animals away from hazards and follow product labels and manufacturer instructions.
TidyNext does not provide professional cleaning, health, safety, engineering, structural, electrical, chemical, or emergency advice. Do not rely on it for mold, pests, biohazards, bodily fluids, sharp objects, weapons, controlled substances, damaged wiring, gas, fire, structural damage, severe hoarding conditions, or any situation requiring trained help. Contact an appropriate professional or emergency service when needed.
9. Intellectual property
The app, website, design, software, and Developer-provided content are owned by the Developer or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use TidyNext for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of the service to you.
10. Third-party services
TidyNext uses Cloudflare AI Gateway to route AI requests and OpenAI to provide AI processing. It also relies on services provided by your device and mobile platform. Third-party services have separate terms and privacy practices. To the extent permitted by law, the Developer is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.
11. Accounts and purchases
The current version does not require or offer user accounts and does not offer purchases or subscriptions. If these features are introduced later, applicable terms and disclosures will be provided before they take effect.
12. Availability and service changes
The service may be changed, suspended, limited, or discontinued. Features may not always be available and may vary by device, region, platform, or app version. No uninterrupted or error-free availability is promised.
13. Termination
You may stop using TidyNext at any time. The Developer may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if the service is discontinued. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TidyNext is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of use, property damage, or losses arising from reliance on AI-generated results. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
16. Governing law
These terms do not select a country, region, or court that would override laws that must apply to you. They are governed by applicable law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights available where you live. Any dispute must be brought before a court or other forum that has lawful jurisdiction over the dispute.
17. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The updated terms will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Additional notice may be provided when appropriate. Continuing to use TidyNext after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
